Our new format spreads the Masterclass over the two key times of the year - the vital winter pruning and Summer management.

Workshops

We look forward to welcoming you on our workshops and guided tours. All workshops (and tours) are led by Barry, a knowledgeable vigneron who aside from being a vine grower was also the Chief Executive of the national body for vine growers and wine producers at the United Kingdom Vineyards Association, now called Wines of Great Britain.

These workshops are designed for all sorts of people from gardening amateurs to professional horticulturalists to committed wine buffs and are designed to give you a flavour of how vineyard vines are grown, why they are grown in this way and how to adapt your growing systems to benefit your vines.

So whether you have 1 vine or 50, or just to expand your wine knowledge to gain a deeper appreciation of the wines that you drink, you'll learn something about vine growing and vineyards and the their magical end product - wine.

You'll cover all this and more in what should be a very informative session.  Session likley to be in July or August depening upon the Covid-19 restrictions.  Cost £40 for a half-day workshop.
